This exclusive, iconic and sustainable property built to blend into the hills above Palma de Mallorca is unique in many senses of the word. This uniqueness required a bespoke presentation that could take it beyond a mere sales folder and become a rich, content-driven piece that prospective buyers could leaf through at their leisure, one that would feel at home on a coffee table. In line with the sustainable values driving the project, the understated cover design refers to the architectural redefinition of the Catalan vaults and the Mallorcan “escars” – simple local coastal constructions where boats and fishing gear are stored – implicit in Casa Xaloc’s semi-underground design
