A simple solution that at the same time adds to the piece’s individuality

For this careful renovation of two historic buildings – a 3000 m2 space with 15 different homes as well as common areas – located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca’s old town, this piece was designed to be highly functional but at the same time have a high-end editorial feel. It included a bespoke display typography for the symbol and numbers of the different properties, based on the property’s original art deco original railings. Once the main presentation was created, smaller booklets describing each property where also designed. These could be included individually into the main presentation, allowing the developers to update the booklets as the project went underway, but without the need to change the entire editorial piece.
