An identity to express the double-sided nature of an exclusive development.
The name, Twinhouse, of this upmarket development in Palma’s old town plays on the fact that it turns a classic Palma townhouse into two, almost identical, exclusive properties. A bespoke typeface was also created based on double lines that reinforced the twin concept, while also aimed at transmitting the upmarket nature of the residences. In turn the typeface was reduced into a a subtle TM Monogram that is further, gentle wink to the building’s double and virtually symmetrical nature. All this complemented by additional fine details such as embossing, and a serene color palette that blends comfortably with the buildings’ interior design.
